Never stop, but smell the sawdust

There’s the old adage: “stop to smell the roses.”  We’ve heard it before, and undoubtedly we shall here it again.   I suppose it is to get us to slow down and appreciate what we are doing.

I’m going to propose the opposite.  Don’t stop.  Keep going.  Once you have stopped, it requires more effprt, more force to get going again.  Sir Isaac Newton once proposed that an object in motion will stay in motion, and an object at rest will stay at rest, until equal or greater force acts upon that item.  So now you have to be that greater force, and you have to act upon yourself.

This does not make a ppretty picture.  And unless you are twins, it’s pretty much an impossibility as I understand space-time theory.  But you should still enjoy those surroundings, and appreciate your accomplishments.  Learn to like the small spaces in between, and appreciate the project as a whole…once you are done.

Who knows where it will lead you?

Demolition, midway. The end will be coming, but now iit's just dusty
